Once we’ve identified your needs and wants, we’re ready to get to work right away! We will collect and review your information and documents. Whether you love paperless or you’re more old-school, we will take care of your deal in whatever way works for you.
3. You’re Approved!
Once your deal is approved, we will sign documents together and meet any criteria required by your lender.
4. Deal Finalized
Once everything is completed with your lawyer, you’re officially a JC Client.
