With an extensive background in Supply Chain operations, Justin Skowyra brings a detail-oriented and strategic approach to his role as Client Care Coordinator at JCMortgages.ca. Justin actively listens to clients’ needs in order to provide clear, prompt, and professional communication as well as sincere customer service.

His approach to client service is centred on kindness and attentiveness. He treats every client like family, ensuring that each interaction is personal and supportive. Justin is dedicated to making the mortgage process as smooth and stress-free as possible, assisting clients with care and understanding. He ensures that every transaction is handled efficiently, with the client’s best interests always at the forefront.

Outside of work, Justin is a dedicated baseball enthusiast and a huge Blue Jays fan. He coaches a youth baseball team (9U AAA Cambridge Cubs), sharing his love for the game with the next generation. Family is at the heart of everything he does, and he enjoys spending time with his two children. When Justin is not busy with work or coaching, you’ll find him diving into his love for 90s pop culture, including nostalgic toys, movies, games and more!
